Being my first digital marketing job, as social media manager intern, I was responsible for the social media accounts from the agency’s client.
I audited the clients’ accounts and analyzed the competitor’s profiles and market, then I planned their organic social media strategy, which involved: content pillars, post frequency, formats, voice and tone of the copy, visual identity, days and hours, hashtags, and hacks.
I also started to adventure myself with Facebook Ads. I took care of the different clients’ accounts, building strategies, selecting goals, budgets, and targets, and following the results closely.
Both, organic social media strategy and social paid ads, were followed by small weekly reports and more in-depth monthly reports, with the KPIs selected regarding the client’s goals, the campaign outcomes, and what would be the next steps.
