Social Media and Email MKT Manager

I was responsible for the social media channels and email marketing. I structured their social media profile from the start, created the branding, and applied the strategy. I planned the social media content weekly, designed and published the posts, managed the community (replying to comments and interacting with their followers), set and tracked the metrics, and reported results monthly.

Apart from the organic social media growth, I planned, ran, and optimized ads through Facebook Ads.

I also implemented their email marketing automation (Mailchimp) and basic customer journey. I treated their current mailing list and grew it through social media campaigns and onsite special events.

I also had my first experience with customer success. Because I worked closely with the owners and in the gym, I could overview the entire process of the customer acquisition and their satisfaction with the classes and the gym. I ran surveys to get their opinion, developed special events to build a strong fitness community, created fidelity strategies, and helped implement fundamental changes, so the clients were as satisfied as possible. Because of that, word-of-mouth played a big role in the increase of our monthly membership.
