Marketing Specialist and Product Coordinator

Dona Raiz is a national healthy food industry company. I played two roles inside the company, but they were related: marketing specialist and project coordinator.
As their marketing specialist, I developed different marketing strategies that involved trade marketing, organic social media growth, Facebook Ads, and SEO. I worked alongside agencies to implement those strategies and followed the results closely daily, optimizing them every time needed.
As a project coordinator, I was responsible to overview each product, from the idea to the development and sales. Each project (product) had a team from different departments. This team was composed of a representative from marketing, quality and research, sales, industry, and partnership and relations. As the coordinator, I had to structure the timelines for the product to be developed by each department until its launch. Because I was also the marketing representative, I developed individual strategies to launch the product and drive sales, and also overviewed the packaging designed made by the agency and its quality.
Playing both roles, made me have a broader overview of the brand but also segment the marketing for each product as they were individual clients, with individual needs. Working for such a big company with a high budget made me more mature in decision-making and budget distribution.
