Marketing Manager and Customer Success

MAX person was a PaaS startup that sold monthly subscriptions to other businesses. Their platform offered automatized communication through SMS, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp chatbot.
As their marketing manager, I designed their first marketing processes. For customer acquisition, I developed B2B strategies through different channels, created marketing campaigns through Facebook Ads, and generated leads.
From a brand perspective, I was also responsible for content marketing, producing YouTube videos, writing articles for their blog and LinkedIn, managing their multiple social media channels, and website performance through Google Analytics.
As their customer success, my main goal was to make sure the client was using the platform to its full potential. I did the onboarding process with the clients, established the most important OKRs and which KPIs to track to achieve those, personalized for each client, and which would be the best strategy for each one of them. I managed a small team that was responsible for having weekly follow-up meetings with the clients and assure they were using the platform in the most efficient way to achieve their goals. We as a team reported the performance for the clients and also for the company’s CEO.
