BR House is a national real state company in Brazil. I was responsible for their overall digital marketing strategies.
I managed the properties on different real estate e-commerce platforms and managed the company’s website by updating properties and offers, and writing and posting blog pieces, optimizing them for the search engine. I also managed Facebook and Google Adwords to drive traffic to the website and analyzed the website metrics through Google Analytics.
Besides that, I was responsible for their social media strategies. I managed other team members on the implementation of those strategies, from approving creatives and copy, to daily checking the posts and community interactions, and analyzing reports.
Last, I developed digital strategies for the internal team of brokers and supported them with personalized creatives and documents for their approach to the leads. Those leads were generated through Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns and managed through the CRM.
Every strategy had its KPI’s that would help achieve the company’s OKR’s and financial goals (monthly and yearly). I had frequent meetings with the company director to report all the channels and define the next approaches.
