I worked as a CrossFit head coach for this gym in Abu Dhabi-UAE. 

Being the manager of this category inside the gym, I was responsible for programming the workouts, organizing classes’ schedules, training and managing the other coaches on the team, and also coaching some of the classes.

I also worked as a personal trainer, which included not only developing personalized workout strategies to achieve my client’s goal, but also my own branding and sales strategy. 

Both, the CrossFit section and my personal trainer job had to be reported to the gym CEO, with the performance metrics, to help the company achieve its goals.

Although this experience was not related directly to digital marketing, I consider it of great importance to my personal growth. Besides opening more my mind because of the contact with a different culture, it also helped me develop leadership, people management, and communication skills with people from different languages, cultures, and backgrounds.
